The 5-Minute Morning Ritual that can Set your Entire Day Up for Success

A comprehensive and simple list of methods you can start doing from tomorrow morning.

It is common knowledge that the way you start your day determines how the rest of it will be.

For me, waking up is thr hardest part.

Over the years, I’ve experimented with so many methods to fight the lack of motivation or the temptation to go back to bed after waking up, but they have been ineffective or inconsistent.

Then I realised that relying on just one method every morning was not going to help.

So, I created a list of things I could do during the first 5 minutes to help me wake up in the morning.

I keep this list on a table near my bed, right next to my alarm (phone).

I don’t do all these things at once (that’s not possible), but do one of them depending on my mood and energy levels!

  1. Take five deep breaths, focusing only on your breath and clearing your mind.
